Pivot management group are looking to fill a site critical Fixed Plant Maintenance Manager role for an international mining client. This large-scale open pit mining operation is complimented with in impressive fixed plant mineral processing plant and is based in an international location within a reasonable flight back to Australia.
About the role:
The role will see you implement, manage and enhance a first-class maintenance regime on a large scale fixed plant mineral processing plant. You will set maintenance management policies, procedures, strategies, reliability metrics and KPI's, then motivate the team to deliver on these targets. The role will see you work closely with the nationals on site so strong cultural awareness is essential. You will manage large budgets and lead an impressive, professional multi-disciplinary team. You will have intimate mechanical knowledge and experience in a fixed plant mineral processing setting.
A natural leader with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, you will have a proven track record of managing competing priorities and achieving optimal availability of the sites fixed plant assets. You will have an exceptional aptitude across mineral processing operations and engineering, plant performance and improvement, maintenance and commissioning activities, reporting, budgets, safety and stakeholder engagement.
